Terms of use

CreatorMission is a product operated by Swepth Oy, a company registered in Finland with Business ID (Y-tunnus) 3619574-3, at Kampinkuja 2, 00100 Helsinki, Finland. CreatorMission is a brand and product name rather than a separate company; your agreement is with Swepth Oy. In these terms “we” and “us” mean Swepth Oy.

These terms cover this website and the CreatorMission application. Using either means accepting them. If you do not accept them, do not use it. Questions go to support@creatormission.com.

CreatorMission is campaign-aware clip editing software for people making short-form video for paid-content and creator campaigns. You record the requirements of a campaign, cut a vertical clip against them, and the application evaluates the clip against the parts of those requirements it can actually check from your project data.

It is independent software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially integrated with Whop, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Meta or any other platform or campaign operator.

So you know what you are agreeing to, the current version:

• targets Chromium desktop browsers, and is not supported elsewhere;
• takes campaign requirements that you enter yourself — it does not import campaigns from Whop or any other platform;
• reads and processes your source video locally on your own machine; and
• downloads a speech recognition model to your browser the first time you generate captions.

It is an early version, provided free of charge, with no account and no payment. If paid plans are introduced, separate terms and the pre-contract information consumers are owed will be presented before you are asked to pay for anything.

CreatorMission only knows what you tell it. You are responsible for

• entering the campaign brief accurately and keeping it up to date;
• reading the actual campaign terms from the campaign owner, which govern over anything shown here;
• checking the rules of the platform you post to; and
• verifying everything the software cannot verify.

This is the most important term on this page. CreatorMission keeps two things strictly apart and so should you.

Automatic checks are limited to what can be proved from your project data: that a source is open, that the output is 9:16, that the clip length falls inside the range you entered, that a transcript exists and covers the range, that a logo layer is placed in the composition, and that a literal string you specified appears in your on-screen text or captions. A passing check means that specific, narrow condition was met — nothing more.

Confirmations are your own assertions about things software cannot see: that you are allowed to use the footage, that the required disclosure is present and correctly placed, that campaign notes were followed. CreatorMission records that you confirmed them. It does not and cannot verify them.

“Ready to export” therefore means exactly one thing: everything checkable passed, and you confirmed the rest. It is not

• approval by a campaign or its owner;
• a statement that your clip is legally compliant;
• a guarantee of payment, or that a submission will be accepted;
• a guarantee that a platform will publish or keep your clip;
• a representation made by Whop, by any platform, or by any campaign owner; or
• legal advice.

Whether a campaign accepts your clip and pays for it is between you and that campaign. Meeting its terms remains your responsibility.

You must have whatever rights, licences and permissions are necessary to use, edit, adapt and publish the footage, audio, images, logos and text you bring into CreatorMission. Using the software grants you no rights whatsoever in third-party material, including brand assets and campaign creative — those come from the rights holder or the campaign, not from us.

Do not use CreatorMission to produce material that infringes someone else’s rights, that is unlawful where you are or where you post it, or that you are not permitted to create. Do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.

Advertising, sponsorship, affiliate and paid-partnership disclosure obligations are yours. They depend on the campaign, the platform, and the consumer and marketing law of the places you and your audience are in. CreatorMission can help you track that a disclosure requirement exists and confirm you have handled it, but it does not judge whether what you did is legally sufficient — the current version has no capability to do so, and a confirmation you tick is a record of your judgement, not ours.

You keep every right you have in the video you edit and the clips you produce. Your source video, your project data and your exports stay on your device, so we do not receive them, do not store them and acquire no licence to them. Nothing in these terms gives us rights over your material.

The only permission you give us is the one any website needs: to serve you the site and the application, and to let the software run in your browser, including storing your project data locally on your device so it survives a refresh. How that works is set out in the privacy policy.

Because your work lives in your browser, clearing site data, switching browser or changing machine leaves it behind, and we cannot recover it. Keep your exported files if they matter to you.

The CreatorMission software, its interface, the name, the marks and the content of this website belong to Swepth Oy or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms give you permission to use the service as intended and nothing else. Third-party names and marks referred to anywhere on this site belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.

References to Whop, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and similar services are descriptive: they are where creator campaigns and short-form video happen. They do not indicate any affiliation, partnership, endorsement or official integration. Your relationship with those platforms and with any campaign is governed by their terms, not by ours, and we are not responsible for their decisions.

This is an early version under active development. We may change, add, rework or remove features, carry out maintenance, and update these terms as the product changes. The service may be unavailable at times, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

If we make a material change to these terms, the date at the top of this page changes and the current version is what applies to your continued use. If a change is not acceptable to you, stop using the service.

CreatorMission is provided free of charge and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, without warranties beyond those that law requires. Specifically, and however carefully the software is built, we do not guarantee that

• a campaign will approve, accept or pay for a clip you made with it;
• a platform will publish, keep or monetise what you post;
• the automatic checks will detect every problem with a clip, or that a passing check makes a clip compliant; or
• the software will be free of defects or interruptions.

You are expected to review the campaign’s own terms and the applicable platform rules yourself. We are liable for damage we cause in accordance with applicable law, and we do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intent or gross negligence, and any mandatory liability under Finnish and EU law.

Subject to that, and to the extent Finnish law permits for a service supplied free of charge, we are not liable for lost payouts, rejected or unpublished submissions, lost work, lost or corrupted data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of CreatorMission. If you are a consumer, this section does not affect your mandatory rights under the consumer law of your country of residence.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and disputes may be brought before the courts of Finland. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, or of your right to bring proceedings there where applicable law gives you that right.

A consumer who cannot resolve a dispute with us directly may take it to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta, kuluttajariita.fi). Before doing so, contact the Consumer Advisory Services of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (kkv.fi), which handles that first step.
